How does on-device AI work?

Nexural runs a language model directly on your iPhone. Your prompt is processed locally, and the response is generated on-device — without sending your text to a server for inference. The model lives on your device (bundled with the app or downloaded in the app), so you can use it offline.

Does Nexural require internet access?

No — Nexural is designed to work offline.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

Nexural is built for on-device processing. During normal use, your prompts stay on your device — not on our servers for inference.

Do you train on my chats?

No. We don’t use your prompts for AI model training. If you export text or contact support, you’re choosing to share that information.

How do I delete my data?

Because data is stored locally, deleting app data (or uninstalling the app) removes it from your device.
